Governance

Governance for research, technology and public claims

Research status, technical evidence, partner claims and high-impact decisions require named ownership and documented approval.

Launch prototype: this page is a structured draft and requires legal, security and organisational review before production use.

Governance scope

Governance should cover corporate authority, research approval, programme status, security, responsible AI, data use, partner claims and public communications.

Decision ownership

  • Named organisational owner for each programme.
  • Named technical owner for each prototype or pilot.
  • Named data and security owner for partner information.
  • Authorised human approval for high-impact decisions.

Status governance

Research, Concept, Prototype, Simulation, Pilot, Verified Test and Operational must have documented definitions and approval criteria.

Status labels are verified against evidence files before publication. Changing a product's status requires: (1) updated evidence file, (2) test suite green, (3) DK sign-off. No status inflates without evidence.

Partnership and logo policy

No institution, agency, company or individual should be presented as a partner, adviser or customer without written approval and accurate scope.
